This blog is a safe space free to any and all who seek reassurance from the faith community that their sexuality or the sexuality of their loved one is OKAY. I am your host, Savanna Shackleford. I will seek to bring to light the issues and realizations of LGBT affirming people within the faith community. I will explore the presence they have there, whether positive or negative. I argue that no matter what sexuality or gender identity, the LGBT community has a place in the faith community, on campus or otherwise, and there are plenty of examples where it is happening successfully.
